Yes, I am the primary wedding photographer, and I will personally be there to capture your special day. My husband, Thomas, is also part of our team and often joins as a second photographer or videographer, depending on the package you choose. Together, we ensure comprehensive coverage, capturing every moment from multiple perspectives.

For larger weddings or when specific packages require it, we collaborate with trusted second shooters or additional videographers who share our style and values. This allows us to focus on both the big moments and the intimate details that make your day unique. Rest assured, every member of our team is carefully chosen and aligned with our commitment to creating timeless, elegant, and heartfelt memories for you.

We offer complimentary travel within 300 kilometers of Canberra/ACT. For locations beyond this radius, a travel fee applies at a rate of $0.70 per kilometer. If your wedding requires travel over long distances, such as interstate or international locations, additional costs for flights and accommodation may apply.

Yes, albums and prints are included in some of our packages.

Our albums are high-quality, handcrafted keepsakes designed to tell the visual story of your wedding day. You also have the option to upgrade or add albums and prints to any package, including parent albums or larger custom-designed options. These keepsakes are the perfect way to preserve your memories and share them with loved ones for generations to come!

Couples can expect to receive their full wedding photo gallery within 4 to 6 weeks after their wedding day. We know how exciting it is to relive your special moments, so we also provide a sneak peek of around 50 images the day after your wedding to get you excited for what’s to come!

Your photos will be delivered through an online client gallery, where you can view, download, and share your high-resolution images easily. This gallery is accessible for a minimum of 1 year, depending on your package. For added convenience, we also include a USB with your high-resolution images in some of our packages, so your memories are safe and easily accessible.

We aim to make your delivery process smooth and enjoyable, ensuring you can cherish and relive your wedding day as soon as possible!

Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring both parties are protected. Here’s how it works:

Non-Refundable Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves our services for your date and prevents us from booking other clients.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 60 days before the wedding, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding are non-refundable, as it is unlikely we would be able to rebook the date.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your wedding, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, provided we are available. If we are not available, the cancellation policy will apply.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, or restrictions) that prevent us from providing services, we will work with you to reschedule or refund payments as appropriate, minus the non-refundable deposit.
